Bye, tumblr!

I’m hopping off the tumbr train because I am building a new website! And then, switching the microblogging over to a Twitter/Path combo when I care enough about this shit.

Trendsetter? of the Day: A Pennsylvania restaurateur has banned kids under six from patronizing his establishment.

Mike Vuick, owner and operator of McDain’s on Broadway Boulevard in Monroeville wrote in an e-mail to customers that his eatery “will no longer admit children under six years of age” beginning July 16th. “We feel that McDain’s is not a place for young children,” Vuick goes on to say. “Their volume can’t be controlled and many, many times, they have disturbed other customers.”

Speaking with Team 4, Vuick explained that he instituted the policy because he thinks bringing young children to restaurants is “the height of being impolite and selfish.”

The best part of this is the look that he gives Michelle at the very end. “You know you’re impressed. You want me. You’re in luuuuuv with your Barry O.”
